The projector is designed TO OPERATE WITH A SAFETY TRANSFORMER ONLY. Make sure that the projector never receives voltage over 12 V~AC.

If using the “Compact Public Use Kit”, the projector must be connected directly to output M6 of the control cabinet electronic board, as indicated in section 3.3. LIGHT CONNECTION in the installation manual. Manual: Compact kit for public use.

To connect your spa to three-phase, follow these general steps depending on the model of your spa. We recommend that you consult the specific manual for precise details on installation in these cases:

• My spa has a GS501SZ panel and has two massage pumps and blower.
• My spa has a GS501SZ box and has one massage pump and blower.
• My spa is fitted with a BP panel.

Before proceeding with the installation and assembly of the hot tub, you must ensure that you have received the hot tub with
the packaging in perfect condition. If the packaging is damaged, notify your distributor immediately.

It is very important to level the floor where the hot tub will be installed. Remember that once installed, it will be filled with water and the level will depend on whether the floor has been levelled.

All the flat panels of the hot tub are removable. There are two attachment systems: one with screws to hold the panel and another without screws that fastens using a system with no screws. Remove the panel to easily access the interior of the hot tub for any kind of maintenance or installation.

The consumption of your Aquavia Spa hot tub will depend on the configuration you choose. Our hot tubs are factory-configured so that their maximum consumption cannot exceed 3.5 kW.

It is highly recommended to have the product started up by one of our official technical services. Not only will they verify that the hot tub is working correctly, they will also be available to explain the functions and maintenance of your equipment.

Our hot tubs feature valves on the rim that mix atmospheric air with the water from the massage pumps, where air is drawn in by the Venturi effect and mixed with the water to produce a more pleasant massage.

All hot tubs for residential use have a drainage system located on the bottom of the tub. Via a valve, the hot tub can be emptied at any time you wish. It is advisable to provide some drainage in the vicinity of the hot tub to avoid accumulation of water around it and avoid slippery areas of access for bathers.

Yes, but only on hot tubs fitted with the Wi-Fi Touch Panel system. On the other systems, you can only choose preset programmes. Consult your user manual for more information.

Use of the hot tub is not advisable for pregnant women or people who have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes or who are taking medication.

All Aquavia Spa residential hot tubs have an LED lighting system that has a sequence of different colours. To change from one colour to another, just keep pressing until you find the desired colour.

Aquavia Spa hot tubs have two automatic disinfection systems: Clean Water (ozone system) and Ultraviolet Treatment (UV system). Both are designed to complement and enhance the water disinfection performed by the Water Disinfection Kit. Therefore, they do not replace chemical products but rather they improve the water quality of your hot tub.

No. Remember that your hot tub has a water pumping system. If you mix soap in the water of your hot tub, it would not only impair its quality, it would also produce a lot of foam.

The hot tub has a pre-configured filtration system. It is absolutely essential that the hot tub water is filtered twice each day to maintain its quality.

To locate your spa’s identification number, it’s necessary to inspect the bottom of the unit. The identification number will be marked with the initials ‘SN’, denoting the model identification. Additionally, you will find a unique code for your spa, which will be labeled with the letters ‘Code’. It’s crucial to note both the identification number and the specific code of your spa. Aquavia Spa recommends the use of its water disinfection products. They will help you maintain an adequate pH level as well as correct disinfection.

The filter should be cleaned periodically. Simply clean it with a pressure hose. Make sure all impurities disappear, then reinstall the filter. It is recommended to change the filter every 4 months. The following link will lead you to an explanatory video.

resistor and the filtration pump will automatically switch on to prevent freezing of the
water and the damage this could cause to your hot tub.
The unit and pump will remain on for 4 minutes after the temperature
rises above 7.2ºC.
In colder climates an additional temperature sensor can be added as a precaution,
to prevent freezing not detected by the standard sensors.”

• Use common general purpose cleaners. For normal care and cleaning, use a soft cloth or sponge with a little soap and water. Rinse well and dry with a clean dry cloth. If you are using a household cleaner, make sure it is recommended for acrylic surfaces
by the manufacturer.
• Never use abrasive cleaners.
• Do not allow the acrylic surface to come into contact with ketones or esters such as acetone,
acetates (such as nail varnish remover, nail varnish or dry cleaning substances)
or any organic solvent with chlorine, varnishes, gasoline, aromatic solvents, etc.
• Remove dust, stains and dry dirt with a soft damp cloth.
• Clean grease, oil, paint and ink stains with isopropyl alcohol and dry with a
clean, dry cloth.
• Avoid using razors or any other type of sharp instrument that could scratch the surface. Small scratches can be removed by applying a thin layer of car
varnish and polishing lightly with a clean cloth.
Once a week, clean the hot tub area that is not under water with a quality polish
for hot tubs.

“If you do not use the hot tub during the winter or for very long periods, you must perform
the following operations:

• Disconnect the electrical equipment, differential switch in OFF position.

• Locate the drain valve (see section Draining the Hot Tub), and turn the red lever on the
valve to the OPEN position. In this way, the hot tub will empty due to gravity
through the main drain.

• Leave the drain valve open.

• Remove the filter cartridge(s) from the filter (see filter maintenance section) and store
in a dry place.

• Clean and dry the hot tub.

• Cover the hot tub.”
