Privacy policy request a quote

In accordance with regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data, we hereby inform you that your personal data will be processed by IBERSPA SL, (hereinafter   “IBERSPA”), at Avda. Plàd’Urgell, 2-8, Cervera, (Lleida) with Tax ID B-62291109.

Data will be processed with the sole purpose of being able to manage the request for a quote.

Likewise, and provided you have given us your consent by marking the respective boxes established for that purpose in the contact data provided by IBERSPA, we may process your data to:

• Send you informative commercial information that will always be personalised and adapted to your interests.

All communications may be adapted and customised according to the interests of users, either based on the products and services requested, or based on that data which we can deduce or obtain from your browsing, interest in certain content, reaction to our communications, among others.

This personalisation is performed in a partially automated way, in the sense that IBERSPA determines the parameters of the personalisation, but the technological platform is the one that generates the user’s profile.We do not send general communications that are not segmented through the previous procedure, since we consider it is in the interest of both IBERSPA and the user to send or receive information that is relevant, and because a failure to segment would not alter the number of communications received, but only the content thereof.In this sense, if any user does not wish to be segmented, we ask you not to sign up to receive commercial messages.

You data will not be assigned, leased or supplied in any other way to any third party, except to those service providers of IBERSPA who perform certain activities for IBERSPA (such as the sending of a newsletter for example), but under no circumstances will they process data for their own ends.

We will keep your personal data up to the maximum legal term and while there may be obligations for IBERSPA, without prejudice to your data being kept for a the applicable legal period at all times so that IBERSPA can comply with current regulations.

The processing is legitimate because you have given your consent

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion or limitation of treatment, portability of data and opposition, or revoke the consent given for the processing of your personal data, to the data controller by sending your written request to Avda. Pla d’Urgell 2-8, 2500 Cervera (Spain) or by sending an e-mail to aquaviaspa@aquaviaspa.com, in both cases with the reference “Data Protection” and attaching a copy of your ID document.
